To create a peaceful relaxing experience, please turn off your cell phone and refrain from loud conversation or noise while in health spa. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We reserve the right to refuse service, without a refund for inappropriate actions or language. We are not responsible for Lost Items.

RESERVATIONS

Advanced reservations are recommended and a valid credit card is required for reserving your appointment. To enhance comfort and complete relaxation, please arrive 10 minutes early before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrival may reduce the length of your appointment, and the full price will still be charged.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates are available: Present Certificate at the time of check-in. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

Please call within 24 hours to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Last minute cancellations or no shows may result in a 50% charge of service and time.
